Welcome to TaxiWaksi. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

• TaxiWaksi is a taxi booking and transfer service provider operating in Uttarakhand, Delhi, Ramnagar, Jim Corbett, and nearby areas.

• By using our website, app, or calling to book, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

• Accurate information (pickup, drop, time, passenger details) must be provided during booking.

• A Booking ID will be issued upon confirmation and must be retained for reference.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type.

• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, night surcharges, or extra kilometers.

• Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash (where applicable).

• TaxiWaksi reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund (after deducting service charges).

• Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the fare.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Service Usage

• Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow safety instructions.

• Carrying illegal items, hazardous materials, or engaging in unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or unsafe.

6. Delays & Responsibilities

• While TaxiWaksi strives to be punctual, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. TaxiWaksi is not responsible for lost items left in the vehicle.

7. Liability

• TaxiWaksi acts as a booking platform and ensures vehicles meet safety standards, but is not liable for accidents, damages, or third-party claims beyond mandatory insurance coverage.

8. Privacy

• TaxiWaksi values your privacy. Personal data collected during bookings will be used only for service purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

TaxiWaksi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
